Mobile Software offers investment and outsourced sales  services, in order to facilitate client growth via financial stability and International market penetration.

Investment

1. Private investment

Mobile Software invests in Israeli and non-Israeli companies.  Investments are usually active, in that they are often made in companies where Mobile Software believes it can add clear value, which could be delivered via its outsourced sales program, or by other means.

2. German Government subsidies

Mobile Software is the exclusive Israeli representative of the German State of Thuringen.  We seek Israeli companies that could benefit from significant German government subsidies, in the form of grants and attractive loans, and are willing to open up an appropriate operation in Thuringen, a state only 2 hours from Frankfurt.

3. Investment Banking Services

We offer traditional investment banking services, including Private Placements and Reverse Mergers.

Outsourced Sales

All companies ultimately need to generate revenues by selling their products, technology or services.  Mobile Software offers a focused outsourced sales program, targeted to secure sales on behalf of its clients by using  both internal resources and external relationships.

1. Israeli companies

Many Israeli companies have excellent technical resources and products, but often lack significant International sales and business experience.   We work with Israeli companies that have compelling technologies or products, and need to generate sales outside of Israel. 

2. Non-Israeli companies

We work with non-Israeli companies, again with compelling products or technologies, looking to enter the Israeli market.
